1) Ownership of Work

All Pinterest pin designs, graphics, templates, strategy documents, and related creative assets created by GudoStudio are original works customized for each client.

Designs may be created using professional design software (Adobe Photoshop) and/or Canva, including licensed Canva templates and design elements permitted under Canva’s terms of use.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • GudoStudio retains full copyright ownership of all original design work and custom layouts created for the client.
  • Clients are granted usage rights as outlined below.
  • Editable source files (including Canva design access, template files, or layered source files) are not included.
  • Canva template structures, design frameworks, and reusable layouts remain the intellectual property of GudoStudio and/or their respective platform licensors.

2) Usage Rights Granted to Clients

Upon full payment, the client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

  • Use the delivered PNG files for their own Pinterest marketing
  • Upload pins to their Pinterest account
  • Use the graphics for promotion of their own business
  • Resize for Pinterest-related marketing use

This license applies only to the purchasing client.

3) Restrictions

Clients may NOT:

  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the designs
  • Share files with third parties for resale purposes
  • Claim the designs as their own original creation
  • Modify and resell as templates or digital products
  • Use the designs for unlawful, misleading, or defamatory purposes

GudoStudio reserves the right to revoke usage rights if terms are violated.

4) File Delivery

  • Final designs are delivered as high-quality PNG files.
  • Source files (PSD or layered files) are not included unless specifically agreed in writing.
  • No Canva files are provided.

5) Portfolio Rights

GudoStudio reserves the right to:

  • Display completed work in its portfolio
  • Use designs for marketing and promotional purposes
  • Showcase examples on its website or social media

If confidentiality is required, it must be agreed upon in writing prior to project start.

6) Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Ensuring they have legal rights to any logos, brand assets, product images, or text provided.
  • Verifying compliance with Pinterest policies and advertising guidelines.
  • Reviewing and approving final designs before publication.

GudoStudio is not responsible for copyright infringement resulting from materials supplied by the client.

7) No Refund Policy

All sales are final.

Due to the custom nature of digital design services:

  • No refunds are provided once work has begun.
  • No refunds are provided after files are delivered.

8) Limitation of Liability

In any circumstance, UpwardPins’ total liability shall be limited to the amount of the most recent payment made by the client for the specific service in question.

GudoStudio shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of revenue or business
  • Pinterest account suspension
  • Algorithm changes
  • Indirect or consequential damages

9) Modifications to This Policy

GudoStudio reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
