1) Refund Policy
All services provided by GudoStudio are custom, time-based digital services.
Because work begins shortly after purchase:
- All sales are final.
- Refunds are not provided once work has started on a batch or package.
- Refunds are not provided after pins have been created, scheduled, or posted.
If the wrong package is purchased by mistake, GudoStudio must be contacted within 24 hours of purchase and before work begins. In such cases, payment may be applied toward the correct package at GudoStudio’s discretion.
2) Subscription Cancellation
Subscriptions can be canceled at any time through the Stripe customer account (link included in the Stripe receipt email).
- Cancellation stops future billing.
- The current billing period remains active.
- Cancellation applies to the next scheduled billing date.
No partial refunds are provided for unused time within a billing cycle.
3) Access Delays
Delivery timelines begin after:
- The client form is submitted, and
- Pinterest account access has been approved.
GudoStudio is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete information, delayed access approval, or technical issues outside of GudoStudio’s control.
4) Chargebacks
If a chargeback is initiated without prior communication, GudoStudio reserves the right to suspend services and dispute the charge through the payment provider.
