These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of https://www.gudostudio.com (the “Site”) and the services provided by GudoStudio. By purchasing or using services from GudoStudio, you agree to these Terms.

1) Services

GudoStudio provides:

  • Custom Pinterest pin design (delivered as image files)
  • SEO-ready pin titles and descriptions (and keywords when included)
  • Board setup and organization, including keyword-optimized board names and descriptions
  • Optional uploading and scheduling to the Client’s Pinterest account (when access is approved)

Not included unless stated in writing:

  • Pinterest audits, analytics, reporting, ads, keyword strategy, or marketing consulting
  • Guaranteed traffic, saves, clicks, or sales

2) Client Responsibilities

To begin and complete work, the Client agrees to provide:

  • Accurate contact information
  • Product links and/or product images the Client has the right to use
  • Brand assets (logo/colors/fonts) if requested
  • Pinterest access (for example, adding GudoStudio through Pinterest Business access/permissions) when uploading/scheduling is included

Delays in providing required items may delay delivery.

3) Access & Account Security

  • The Client retains full ownership of the Pinterest account and business assets.
  • The Client is responsible for granting and removing access.
  • GudoStudio does not request Pinterest passwords; access must be granted through Pinterest Business access/permissions.

4) Delivery & Workflow

  • Pins are delivered in batches based on the package selected.
  • “Batch” means the set of pins created and delivered or scheduled within a single cycle (for example, weekly or bi-weekly).
  • File delivery packages:
  • Final pin files (and any included SEO text) are delivered to the Client in the agreed format for the Client to upload and schedule.
  • Upload/scheduling packages:
  • Pins are uploaded and scheduled directly inside the Client’s Pinterest account after access is approved. The Client is responsible for reviewing scheduled pins inside Pinterest and notifying Upward Pins of any issues promptly.
  • Posting timelines begin after required details are received and (if applicable) account access has been approved.

5) Revisions

Unless a package states otherwise, each batch includes:

  • One revision round per batch (one consolidated list of minor edits)

Minor edits may include text tweaks, small layout adjustments, color refinements, or swapping a product photo.

Major redesigns, new creative directions after approval, or additional revision rounds may incur additional fees.

6) Content Standards

The Client agrees not to request content that is illegal, infringing, hateful, or misleading. The Client confirms the Client has the rights to use any product photos, logos, or copy provided.

7) Payments

  • Payment is due in advance unless agreed otherwise in writing.
  • Payments may be processed through Stripe and/or PayPal.
  • The Client is responsible for any fees charged by the Client’s payment provider.

8) Cancellations & Refunds

Because work is custom and time-based:

  • No refunds are available once work has started on a batch or package.
  • If a monthly package is canceled, the cancellation applies to the next billing cycle.
  • All sales are final. Due to the custom nature of digital services, refunds are not offered once payment is made.

If the wrong package is purchased by mistake, GudoStudio must be contacted within 24 hours before work begins. GudoStudio may apply the payment to the correct package.

9) Portfolio Use

Unless an opt-out request is submitted in writing, the Client grants GudoStudio permission to display completed pins (excluding private business data) as portfolio samples on the GudoStudio site or social channels.

To opt out, submit a request through the Contact page before work begins.

10) Intellectual Property

  • The Client owns product photos and brand assets provided by the Client.
  • The Client receives a license to use the final exported pin images created for the Client.
  • Editable Canva files/templates and underlying design systems remain the property of GudoStudio unless purchased separately in writing.

11) No Guarantees

Pinterest results depend on many factors outside GudoStudio’s control (seasonality, competition, algorithm changes, product appeal, pricing, shipping, and consistency). GudoStudio does not guarantee specific outcomes.

12) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • GudoStudio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • GudoStudio’s total liability for any claim is limited to the most recent amount paid for the applicable service (the Client’s latest payment) and does not include any prior payments.

13) Changes to These Terms

GudoStudio may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
